2. What we collect

• Parking: vehicle license plate, duration, first and last name, phone number, email (for receipt), and payment confirmation.
• Camping & tent pre-booking: first and last name, phone number, email, arrival date/time and pitch type.
• Donations: name (optional), email (for receipt), amount and payment confirmation.
• Account holders: email and authentication identifiers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs needed to operate the service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process personal data to fulfil parking and camping agreements, to issue receipts, to enforce paid parking, to process donations, and to comply with bookkeeping obligations. The legal bases are GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract), 6(1)(c) (legal obligation, e.g. accounting) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in enforcement and site safety).

4. Sharing and processors

We use trusted third parties to deliver the service: payment processing (Vipps) and email delivery for receipts. These processors only handle data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Parking and booking records are kept for the duration of the stay plus a reasonable enforcement window. Transaction and receipt data linked to bookkeeping is retained for 5 years as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Account data is kept until the account is deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary storage (e.g. login session and language preference). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
